That is a great article that succinctly lays out the inherent flaw in the philosophy of hind-tit placation. A station
has followed the rules laid before them, and now they are being penalized as a result of those either too lazy or
unconcerned.
But never fear, the Obama administration is going to provide $6.5M to ease the pain of the transition.
